Descripción

We are looking for an On-site Support Engineer with a fluent level of Spanish and English for one of our prestigious customer.

Your main responsibilities will be :

· Install current Microsoft operating systems for PC's, onto a desktop and laptop
o Load an image onto a desktop and laptop.
o Load standard software applications such as Microsoft Office or other scripted installs.
o Install (unpack, connect to the network and test) standard desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
· Find faults with basic office environment IT related problems (connectivity, application errors, and operating system issues).
o Replace components in both desktops and laptops (e.g. hard drives, processors, fans etc.).
o Understand more complex desktop and laptop installations and configuration.
· Provide hands & eyes support es.:
o Basic telephony troubleshooting (mobile apps and desk telephony)
o Basic printing support troubleshooting
o Follow instructions from L3 resolver groups (ie servers switch on and off, patching ports etc.
· Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system
· Be familiar with all hardware and software
· Be familiar with network operating system
· Provide orientation to new users of existing technology
· Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance
· Identify and prepare hardware for disposal when appropriate
